What To Expect At A Monthly Call:

Our goal is to make Work Like A 9 as accessible as possible. That's why we keep the cost low, the groups small, and the commitment minimal. Our monthly hour-long time together will be facilitated on Google Meet and will be split between two main focuses.

Grow Like A 9: We'll spend roughly 30 minutes during each call to give one or two members space to present a challenge, question, or frustration with the group. The goal is to learn from our collective experience to help guide each other to possible solutions. On months without a hot seat, Bonni and John will present on a personal development topic.

Discover Like A 9: The final 30 minutes will be set aside for an open question and response time for current struggles, challenges, or questions. And we'll devote some of this time to declaring and celebrating specific wins. 

Go Out with a Goal: Finally, we'll wrap up by each setting specific goals we want to accomplish by the time we meet again!
